RAWCS has started a new appeal to provide funds for disasters affecting the Australian community for example the recent Wanneroo bush fires in Northern Perth suburbs.
Our aim is to distribute funds to projects that meet the needs identified in the RARF appeals (calls for funding) and that meet RAWCS project criteria as soon as possible in the aftermath of a disaster. RAWCS works with Rotarians on the ground to see that effective programs which meet the identified needs, are commenced and completed in timeframes that support recovery and build long term resilience.
If your club would like to make a donation to this appeal, please go to:
Bushfire Disaster Appeal Fund - Australia (RARF)
Description:
To raise funds for relief projects to support those impacted by bushfire disasters within Australia.
The Nth Fremantle My Home project has 18 ladies in their new homes.
Some of our members are placing their energy into other things in Rotary.

Treasurer - Handles the money. Keeps us within Budget (position filled)

Our Theatre Night Fundraiser for 2024
is happening soon!
When the biggest highlight in your life for the past 30 years has been your weekly bridge night out with the "girls," what do you do when one of your foursome inconveniently dies? If you're Connie, Leona and Millie, three local ladies, you do the most daring thing you've ever done. You "borrow" the ashes from the funeral home for one last card game, and the wildest, most exciting night of your lives involves a police raid, a stripper and a whole new way of looking at all the fun you can have when you're truly living.
'Exit Laughing' is the Old Mill Theatre's first comedy season for 2024. Written by Paul Elliott and directed by seasoned local director Dale James, the Rotary Club of Northbridge will be holding one special fundraiser night for club members, friends, family and club friends. Come along and enjoy a local live performance in this historic heritage listed theatre in South Perth on Wednesday 6th March 2024. Tickets are $30 each and can be purchased through this link, which will take you directly to our RCON page:
